I ordered this for my daughter, and Alice was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process.

Unfortunately, we experienced shipping issues. The package, which was sent via an economy ground shipping method, was delayed twice and didn’t arrive until after my daughter gave birth. After the second delay—which was completely out of Alice’s control—I emailed her to express my disappointment. My intention was simply to provide constructive feedback and suggest that the company consider using a more reliable or expedited shipping option for the future, especially since this is a premium, time-sensitive product.

To my surprise, Alice immediately resent the order via next-day shipping, and it arrived on the very day my daughter delivered. I never expected such a generous gesture, and I truly appreciated it.

The customer service was exceptional, and this experience has only strengthened my confidence in the company. We can’t wait to try the soups once my daughter returns home from the hospital. Thank you, Alice, for going above and beyond!

This is actually exactly what I was looking for!! I’ve been wanting to try more TCM-based products, but never really knew where to start or what to look for. What I especially love is that The Fourth Trimester doesn’t just provide the product I need, but also educates. Just something about knowing what you’re putting in your body and understanding the benefits! Having a structured program laid out in front of me makes things so much easier, and so much less overwhelming. I’ve tried to be more conscious about what I’ve been putting into my body, so I can definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness that’s clearly gone into this! I can’t wait to have all my friends try this too!

From the minute I unwrapped my box, I was blown away! Each package was lovingly/carefully wrapped and the presentation was top notch. The cooking instructions are easy to follow and I love the visual sheet they’ve included to break down what exactly is happening each week. I’ve made my first soup today and am so looking forward to my remaining days. The bad news is I will run out in 27 days but the good news is this was the best purchase ever. I've just started using these soup kits and I'm really impressed! The instructions are clear and really easy to follow. You just toss the pre-packaged ingredients in a pot with water and let it simmer on the stove for an hour. I was a little nervous going in that it would taste overly herbal or medicinal but it's much milder and more pleasant than I expected. You can tell they aren't skimping on high-quality ingredients (there was saffron in my first batch). Really glad I'm giving this a try!

Everything comes pre-portioned and the directions are easy to follow, which makes it feel much more manageable. Also, it’s reassuring to know the formula is reviewed by both licensed TCM and Western-trained practitioners. That extra thought and care makes the whole experience feel more trustworthy! I was looking for DIY confinment soups and came across fourth trimester, which didn't disappoint. The soups smell amazing and remind me of the herbal medicines my mom used to give me when I was younger. I also LOVE the way the 28-day soup package looks. It even came with a handwritten note from Alice, the foudner. Did not disappoint!
